MaxiFlash & Toyota Techstream CAN-H & CAN-L failure

So I tried running the DLC3 Cable Tester function within Techstream, and the CAN-H & CAN-L lines both fail. Has anyone else experienced this (see attached image)? I was unable to program all new keys for an 05 ES330 today and I'm wondering if this has something to do with it. All other functions seem to work with Techstream.I hope I'm doing something wrong as Autel touts this J-box as being Toyota compatible, which it doesn't seem to be.file: dlc3 cable check.png
